Fengguang Lyu is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at Xi'an Jiaotong University. His research interests center on social stratification and mobility, labor markets, economic sociology, organizational sociology, and quantitative research, with a particular focus on labor market change in the digital-intelligence era, social mentality, and organization-level questions such as corporate governance and firm innovation. He also works on age-period-cohort (APC) models and their methodological extensions.
